- Representing Centamin Egypt and wining the case raised against it regarding a claim raised before the State Council court requesting the annulment of Sukari gold mine concession agreement for the exploration and exploitation of gold granted to Pharaoh Gold Mines NL (2012 / 2023), and handling all of Centamin Egypt’s litigation matters. - Representing the International Finance Corporation (IFC) in a USD 35 million loan dispute with Omar Effendi
