• Advising the Joint Lead Managers and Dealers on the establishment, updates, upsizes, and issuances of the Arab Republic of Egypt's USD 10 Billion Global Medium Term Note Programme (GMTN) - in cooperation with Linklaters as international counsel representing the Banks. (2015 - to date)
