We also represent clients in various insurance disputes as well as insurance coverage litigations and international arbitration.

As a testament to our team’s excellence, we represent some of the most complex and widely-monitored matters relating to insurance or reinsurance in Korea. These include our representation of a merger between two of the largest insurance companies in Korea, Prudential Life and KB Life, in 2022, and our legislative and regulatory assistance for legislation of certain highly sensitive insurance law matters such as legality of various recent insurance industry issues.
