In 2017, Your Legal Partners contributed together with the rest advisory team of the HRADF to the successful take-over of 14 Greek regional airports by Fraport Greece and to the closing of the landmark raising of debt of approximately EUR 1 billion.
Since 2019, the firm is acting as co-counsel for the MLAs of the financing of the Hellinikon, Greece’s mega Athens Riviera project, the largest development project in Greece.
We also act for some of the leading investment and commercial banks on securitisations as well as servicing and transfer market of NPLs. This expertise is complemented with a strong restructuring practice advising debtors, creditors and interested investors on how to rehabilitate distressed companies.
