Woods Rogers is home to one of the largest dedicated construction and government contracts practices in the Southeast. Licensed in seven states and the District of Columbia, the highly experienced, multidisciplinary team represents regional, national, and international clients in a broad range of construction-related matters, including when needed dispute resolution. Woods Rogers’s deep bench of construction industry focused practitioners include chemical, mechanical and nuclear engineers; a licensed architect; and veterans of the United States Armed Forces (Army, Navy, and Coast Guard). The technical and military backgrounds of these attorneys are complemented by the hands-on construction experiences of other group members, allowing the team to provide sophisticated, interdisciplinary results driven advice on public and private construction ventures.
