• Wollmuth Maher & Deutsch represented MLMIC Insurance Company, a medical malpractice insurer subsidiary of Berkshire Hathaway, and its officers and directors in various litigations arising out of the demutualization of MLMIC and its subsequent sale to a Berkshire Hathaway affiliate.

• Wollmuth Maher & Deutsch represented National Union Fire Insurance Company of Pittsburgh, Pa in its arbitration against The J.R. Clarkson Company, LLC concerning indemnification for payments National Union made in a long-running insurance coverage dispute relating to asbestos claims from policies written in the 1980s.

• Wollmuth Maher & Deutsch represented London Market Insurers against Honeywell International, Inc. regarding breaches of Honeywell’s obligations to provide asbestos claims data in connection with the settlement of an underlying insurance coverage dispute.
