Our key strength is our truly integrated regional approach that helps us provide clients with seamless and comprehensive advice, wherever they are. We regularly work on large cross-border transactions, including all their legal aspects, and support clients with the growth of their businesses in the region. Thus, we have managed to become the go-to law firm for many international clients investing in CEE/SEE as well as for local clients expanding their business operations.  

Our team now brings together over 400 lawyers from a diverse range of backgrounds, working in offices in 13 countries throughout the CEE/SEE region. Apart from our offices in Albania, Austria, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia and Ukraine, we also cover Kosovo, Montenegro and North Macedonia. In addition, our desks support clients from China which are investing in the region.
