The team advises a wide range of key local and international clients (including both Polish and international lenders, leading financial institutions, as well as debtors and potential acquirers of distressed assets) across a diverse range of sectors, on both domestic and cross-border transactions, as well as providing advice on other complex restructuring and insolvency services. The firm brings together ad hoc teams for particular transactions, comprising experts in all related areas of law, such as banking & finance, M&A, competition, labour, tax, IP, insurance, real estate, public procurement and energy, ensuring that clients receive comprehensive advice on every aspect of a transaction.
