Winston has been involved in the U.S. offshore wind industry from the beginning and is the first law firm to have obtained an offshore wind-related ruling from the U.S. Government, in May 2010. Our team has advised clients on acquisitions of offshore wind developers and also provides related advocacy on behalf of clients across various industries, including finance and private equity, oil and gas, and renewable energy.
