E-Discovery & Information Governance

With the largest e-discovery operation in the United States within the walls of an AmLaw 100 law firm, Winston's eDiscovery & Information Governance practice is adept in all phases of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM), including collection, processing, hosting, review and analytics. We have internalized all aspects of e-discovery through our own technical and attorney staff and maintain our own technological stack to accomplish our e-discovery services including two replicated data centers to support our e-discovery infrastructure, which recently received ISO2700 certification. Our technology stack includes the use of the industry-leading software Relativity, RelativityOne, Brainspace, Lineal, Exolution, and Nuix.

Winston routinely serves as national e-discovery counsel for multiple companies across a wide variety of industries, handling discovery in complex class action, consolidated, and MDL matters. With our prior experience, we are uniquely qualified to deal with and negotiate the complex and voluminous e-discovery issues surrounding these matters. We also provide due diligence services in the context of mergers and acquisitions, and have developed a process-based approach for projects relating to internal and government investigations.
