- Arbitration and litigation in “Deflategate” case challenging authority of NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell to discipline NFL player Tom Brady
- Representation of a historic antitrust suit against NCAA and major college conferences (Jenkins v. NCAA) challenging restrictions on compensation to players
