Winners Law Firm was certified by the court in Tianjin as the first-class Trustee in Bankruptcy for bankruptcy litigations due to the team’s excellent performance.

The team of securities and fund is led by Dapeng Fan, the senior partner with more than 20 years of experience in the practice of finance and law. The practice areas of the team include providing legal services related to various bonds, listing, debt restructuring, equity incentives, securities, funds. The team are providing training service to more than 20 enterprises for listing and has successfully completed its first IPO project on the Beijing Stock Exchange in 2022.
