The Department of Corporate／Commercial consists of three teams, they are the team of finance, the team of restructuring and liquidation and the team of securities and fund.

The team of finance has 14 lawyers and its practice area has extended from financing to counselling state-owned enterprises, corporate compliance management and foreign-related business. The team serves clients including banks, foreign financial institutions, large state-owned enterprises and foreign enterprises. The team of finance actively adapts to market changes and are innovative in the M&A service.

The team of restructuring and liquidation is a team of Trustee in Bankruptcy by lawyers from different practice areas. The team provide legal service of dissolution, restructuring and liquidation for enterprises in various industries. Winners Law Firm was certified by the court in Tianjin as the first-class Trustee in Bankruptcy for bankruptcy litigations due to the team’s excellent performance.

The team of securities and fund is led by Dapeng Fan, the senior partner with more than 20 years of experience in the practice of finance and law. The practice areas of the team include providing legal services related to various bonds, listing, debt restructuring, equity incentives, securities, funds. The team are providing training service to more than 20 enterprises for listing and has successfully completed its first IPO project on the Beijing Stock Exchange in 2022.
