We appear before the NJDEP and USEPA on permitting and regulatory compliance matters. We work with our clients on a wide variety of matters: acquisition, remediation, entitlement, and sale of Brownfield redevelopment projects; energy and infrastructure projects; air compliance; site remediation and ISRA compliance; land use permitting, including coastal, flood hazard, and wetlands permitting; hazardous and solid waste permitting; cost recovery and environmental litigation; Tidelands conveyances; and regulatory proceedings at all levels of government.
