We have much experience with acquisition and restructuring of property companies and portfolios, and we also have extensive competence on traditional real estate law, such as the signing and renegotiation of lease agreements, establishment of easements and other limited rights.

Our advisory services are always adjusted to meet the needs of each individual enterprise. We work in a cross-disciplinary manner to also solve problems of tax law and company law in each individual real estate assignment, and we also assist in real estate issues in disputes and litigation before the ordinary courts of law and in arbitration.
