Overview

Almost every enterprise has intellectual property rights. With increased globalisation and rapid technological development, they are some of the most important assets of our time. Protection of intellectual property rights strengthens the enterprise's ability to compete and helps create values.

We have both the expertise and the versatility that is necessary to handle this increasingly complicated area. We are leaders on almost every area of intellectual property law, including copyright law, trade mark law, patent law and protection of trade secrets.

Our lawyers assist in the entire process from idea to product, concept or service. We prepare strategies for enterprises that need to systemize their development, protection and commercialisation of copyrights, trademarks, designs or patentable technology. We assist with registration and protection of intellectual property rights. In addition, we have long experience with handling intellectual property law in agreements, for instance license agreements, transfer agreements and development agreements, and with regulating rights in employment agreements, consultancy agreements and delivery agreements.
