Our oil and gas team is leading on the practice area of petroleum law. Through close, continuous relations with several of the largest Norwegian and international operators on the Norwegian Continental Shelf, we have acquired extensive competence. We have in-depth knowledge of regulations and market standards, and of the industry and the legal and commercial challenges that the various operators face.

Our team continuously assists in all phases of our clients' petroleum activities, such as in contract negotiations, implementation of transactions and dispute resolution. As a total supplier to this industry, we adjust our team to meet the needs of each individual enterprise. Our advice is always commercially based, and we emphasise seeing our clients' enterprises in a greater perspective.
