The Real Estate Practice consists of property lawyers, notaries and conveyancers and is equipped to deal with any property related transaction. The team has both a national and international client base, ranging from individuals to developers to multi-national corporates. Furthermore, the team also serves on the legal panels of the major banking institutions in the country. In addition to general conveyancing, the services offered include all aspects of commercial property work, such as commercial property finance transactions, commercial lease agreements, renewable energy projects, intra-group transfers and new development work. It is a combination of commercial property law, conveyancing and notarial work. We furthermore have the advantage of being able to advise clients on all aspects of law that may be relevant to their transaction, such as environmental, tax and labour related issues.
