We advise on consortium loans, international loan agreements, debt refinancing, bond issues, and securitisation transactions.

Our clients include some of the largest Polish and international banks and other financial institutions, private equity funds, bond trustees, and bondholders. We act for borrowers in financing transactions on the Polish market and international financing (cooperating with leading Polish and international law firms). We continually observe selected industries to better understand our clients’ business aims and hone our business knowledge in relevant fields.

We regularly conduct training on financing transactions, debt restructuring, and other banking issues. We offer clients free internal training tailored to their specific needs.

As members of the Loan Market Association, we have access to LMA loan documentation templates and training.
