Ward and Smith, P.A.'s Bankruptcy Practice Group is comprised of attorneys practicing in all of our offices located across the state.  Several of our attorneys are certified by the North Carolina State Bar as a Board Certified Specialist in Business and Consumer Bankruptcy Law.
