Tax Litigation

  • Advised Inbank AS on tax aspects of cross-border merger between Inbank AS and Mokilizingas, its consumer credit subsidiary operating in Lithuanian and Latvian markets
  • Represented Enteco Baltic, UAB in controversial tax dispute with Lithuanian Customs Authorities, including representation in Court of Justice of European Union
  • Assisted the Syndicate of Bank of America, J.P. Morgan, Morgan Stanley, Swedbank and UBS in the IPO of the AB Ignitis group
