WALLESS dispute resolution practice combines the teams in all three Baltic jurisdictions – Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. It covers all kinds of disputes - from local litigation to international commercial and investment arbitration. We represent the clients in specialized and high-value disputes in the areas of construction and real estate development, energy, banking and finance, shareholder disputes, international trade, manufacturing and services, tax, competition, public procurement, PPP, etc. Representing clients in regulatory investigations, white-collar and other criminal case that require international cooperation, as well as insolvency proceedings constitute the part of the practice,

  • Representing Luminor Bank AS and its subsidiaries on a regular basis in various litigation cases (so far in more than 120 cases)
  • Assisted Depo DIY in securing record-high insurance payment
  • Successfully represented a group of companies in criminal proceedings of alleged money laundering amounting to approx. EUR 45 million
  • Successfully represented state owned Publisko Aktīvu Pārvaldītājs Possessor in an unprecedented case in Latvia
