Walkers' Asset Finance group focuses on all aspects of the financing, leasing and trading of aircraft, aircraft engines, helicopters and other heavy transportation assets such as rolling stock and vessels. Walkers' Finance & Capital Markets group is among the largest dedicated debt capital markets and structured finance teams in Ireland. We advise on all types of ABS products including CLOs, CMBS, CRT/SRT, RMBS, ILS, ABCP, ECP, MTNS and other bank capital management transactions and have structured numerous award winning and market-first transactions.
