About

Provided by Walker Morris LLP

Our Real Estate Litigation Team is made up of experts in Commercial Real Estate Litigation and Housing Litigation and we advise clients on all aspects of contentious property matters.

We’re proud of our knowledge of the property business and our experience means we can really add value by providing solutions that have your business at the very heart of the process.

We’re a large team with a great deal of experience not just with complex litigation, but bespoke individual matters and property portfolio work as well. Our expertise covers mainstream contentious property issues as well as more niche areas such as Rights of Light, mines and minerals, agricultural landlord and tenant, property insolvency and telecommunications.

In recent years we’ve also been developing a strong and growing Property Insurance practice and as well as real estate litigation experience in all courts and Tribunals, we offer our clients expertise in the full range of alternative dispute resolution. This includes mediation, expert determination and arbitration and we have a member of the Institute of Arbitrators within our Team.

We work with a wide range of clients, including developers, investors, financial institutions, lenders, borrowers, landlords, tenants, retailers, property managers, fixed-charge receivers, administrators and operators.

Our goal is to help clients avoid real estate disputes, or when that’s not possible, to help them successfully resolve them.
