All of our lawyers are members and are committed in working according to Resolution’s code of practice. Managing Partner – Ian Walker was elected by members in 2024 to Resolution’s National Committee and also sits on its national NCDR and Cohabitation Committee’s. Divorce team leader Fiona Griffin sits on Resolution’s Standards Committee. Other team members are engaged on a local level including the various South-West regional committees. Resolution was founded in 1982 by a group of family lawyers who believed that a non-confrontational approach to family law issues would produce better outcomes for separating families and their children.
