Walder Wyss features a dedicated dispute resolution team with roughly 50 members, which has grown significantly, both in litigation as well as in arbitration, also with lateral hires, over the past few years.

Our six offices in all key economic and language areas of Switzerland allow us to respond and represent our clients in courts anywhere and at any time across Switzerland.

Our team members hold important positions within the dispute resolution community (Litigation Practice Group of the Zurich Bar Association, Zurich Bar Examination Board, various international lawyers’ associations).

Main focuses of our litigation team:

  1. Commercial litigation, in particular before the commercial courts in Zurich, Berne, Aargau and St. Gall and before the civil courts in Geneva and Basle, in particular also with respect to injunctive relief matters.
  2. Significant work on recognition and enforcement of foreign judgments and arbitral awards (several leading cases).
  3. White collar crime matters (namely fraud and embezzlement cases and asset recovery cases)
