1. Advised Oberoi Realty Limited in their acquisition of rights from IREO Residences and other entities.
2. Advised LOGOS India in acquisition of rights of an allottee in a MIDC Plot. 
3. Advised HDFC Capital Advisors Limited in a deal wherein Tejukaya Corp Private Limited agreed to issue non convertible debentures to HDFC Capital Advisors Limited.
