1. Advised the co-investors /affiliates of MOAIAPL in investing in VVDN Technologies Private Limited through primary and secondary transactions. 
2. Advised in relation to Series B equity funding of the Landmark Insurance Brokers Private Limited (Company 1) and Company 2 by certain existing investors including TPG and a few new investors  
3. Advised Motilal Oswal Private Equity in relation to investment by Motilal Private Equity in Pan Healthcare Private Limited
