1. Advised Kotak Strategic Situations India Fund - II in a deal that involved issuance of non-convertible debentures by VL-Auto Ancillary Private Limited and Viney Auto Ancillary Private Limited and optionally convertible debentures by Viney Corporation Private Limited. 
2. Advised HDFC Bank Limited in a deal that involved merger of Housing Development Finance Corporation Limited with and into HDFC Bank Limited. 
3. Advised Axis Bank Limited in a deal that involved refinancing of existing term loan facilities availed in relation to the “Crown Project”.
