  2. Advised HDFC Bank Limited in a deal that involved merger of Housing Development Finance Corporation Limited with and into HDFC Bank Limited. 
  3. Advised Axis Bank Limited in a deal that involved refinancing of existing term loan facilities availed in relation to the “Crown Project”.
