Wachtell Lipton has represented clients in some of the world’s largest and most complex disputes, including domestic and cross-border deal litigation, corporate governance disputes, white collar and regulatory defense, commercial, securities and, bankruptcy litigation, complex settlements, appeals, and arbitration.
