Our growing team provides a full service to all professional practices including accountants, solicitors, medical practitioners, chartered surveyors, vets and architects.  The main areas of focus are:

• Medical Partnerships - The team has advised over 2000 GP practices, including advising in relation to 100 + GP surgery developments, 150+ GP partnership mergers and won 'Law Firm of the Year' at the General Practice Awards in 2017.
• Accountancy Practices - The firm has acted on a number of mergers and demergers for accountancy practices including acting for members/partners of two leading firms of accountants in Bath in connection with their mergers with national firms.
• Law Firms - We are regularly appointed by firms who seek advice on a range of issues including drafting partnership and LLP agreements, partner retirements and expulsions, the enforceability of restrictive covenants, profit sharing mechanisms and liability protection. 
• Alternative Business Structures - Our work for solicitors' practices includes advice in relation to Alternative Business Structures and solicitors regulatory issues.
