As a commercial firm, we provide a full range of services to our GP clients. Particularly, we advise GP practices on the following:
- Partnership agreements, mergers, collaborations, disputes, legal structures including joint property ownership, partnering with private sector and NHS contracts.
- The formation of GP Super Partnerships, GP Federations, provider companies and new ventures for entrepreneurial GPs, shareholder agreements and business acquisitions and disposals.
- We advise on property ownership, surgery developments and funding, and the team has completed in excess of 100 developments.
- Employment matters, regulatory (CQC) and health and safety matters.
- Leases both for GPs and with third parties. We are advising 32 'Health Centre' clients on new Leases with NHS Property Services Ltd.
