Dispute resolution is a major practice area of our firm. V&T was entrusted by the Ministry of Commerce to intervene in a WTO dispute regarding Chinese restrictions on the export of raw materials to the US, EU, and Mexico. V&T also represented Shenzhen People's Government Hong Kong-Shenzhen Western Corridor Office in an arbitration matter concerning a construction dispute involving the Shenzhen Bay Bridge.
