About

Provided by Vorys, Sater, Seymour and Pease LLP

The litigation group is the largest practice group at Vorys, and our litigation practice spans the nation. One third of our nearly 375 lawyers are litigators with significant trial experience in commercial law, national and state class action litigation, products liability, health care, government investigations (including qui tam and white collar), antitrust, intellectual property, and securities litigation, among other areas.

We represent clients in every imaginable kind of dispute, whether it involves allegations of civil or criminal liability, whether it concerns business issues, personal injuries, claimed violation of statutes, or professional malpractice, or whether it is to be resolved in a trial court, on appeal, or through arbitration, mediation, or some other form of alternative dispute resolution.

We excel in litigating and resolving issues for industries as diverse as retail, distribution and logistics, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, health care, insurance, banking, construction and technology. We have substantial experience with business and commercial litigation, prosecution or defense of breach of contract cases; enforcement of contractual covenants; commercial insurance coverage disputes; employment disputes; trade practice claims; construction cases; intellectual property disputes, including patent, trademark and copyright disputes; real estate disputes; franchise issues; supply chain and vendor disputes; and all aspects of bankruptcy law.
