Advised Chevron on the project financing and joint development with Qatar Petroleum of the $8 billion US Gulf Coast II Petrochemical Project.

Advised The Carlyle Group on the acquisition of a portfolio of solar development projects in Maine from the global solar independent power producer BNRG.
