Successfully represented Texas Central before the Thirteenth Court of Appeals, which found that Texas Central is defined as both a railroad company and an interurban electric railway, reversing a declaratory judgment by a lower court and allowing the company to have eminent domain authority.

Represented Energy Transfer Equity in the Delaware Chancery Court in a $420 million termination fee claim brought by Williams in connection with the termination of a proposed $38 billion merger between the two companies.
