With a vast knowledge of federal, state, and municipal taxation, the Firm advises clients on concession contracts, consortia, generation, transmission, commercialization and distribution of electric power, wind power and solar energy, concentrating its focus on ICMS (Value-Added Tax), tax planning of platform construction projects, imports and exports, among others.
