Our clients also routinely call on us to defend them in jurisdictions such as Atlantic County, New Jersey; Madison and St. Clair Counties, Illinois; Montgomery County, Alabama; Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; and Miami-Dade County, Florida. We have also represented our pharmaceutical and medical device clients in consumer class actions, most recently defeating class certification in federal courts in California and New York.
