We advise corporate groups whose activities have an environmental impact, regardless of their sector, and entities participating in M&A transactions raising environmental issues. Matters we handle include:

- Resolving environmental disputes within the context of criminal, administrative, civil and green tax proceedings: waste and circular economy, wáter, atmospheric pollution and soil contamination.
- Obtaining authorisations required to carry out activities.
