Sarah Inchley joined the team in 2023 bringing a wealth of experience in representing parents in children law cases, most notably abduction and relocation cases. 

Our expertise covers the full spectrum of family law, including: adoption, child abduction, child arrangements, child protection/care proceedings, cohabitation, divorce, financial remedies, FGM, forced marriage, surrogacy and fertility, and pre and post nuptial agreements.
