Pharmaceuticals – We represented Novartis in its three-part deal with GSK. Our other clients include Sanofi, Dr. Reddy’s, Lupin, Torrent Pharma and the Organisation of Pharmaceutical Industry.

Media – We represented Newscorp in its acquisition of Walt Disney’s stake in ESPN-Star Sports. We also advise Star India, Fox Studios, Warner Brothers, Network 18, Reliance Jio and Viacom 18.

Petrochemicals – We regularly advise Reliance Industries Ltd. and SRF, in relation to the complex issues in their petrochemicals business.

Energy – We have advised clients such as Reliance, Saint Gobain, GEECL, etc. in relation to antitrust matters.
