• Advising employers on large-scale retrenchments and redundancies arising from closures and rationalisations of business units.
• Advising employers and individual executives on constructive and wrongful dismissals.
• Conducting internal investigations and interviews for employers on misconduct issues, as well as advising on internal disciplinary proceedings and suspensions.
• Advising employers and employees on Employment Claims Tribunals (ECT) cases and acting for them on High Court appeal applications.
• Advising employers on industrial relations issues, including trade union negotiations on statutory recognition, Collective Agreements, Ministry conciliations and representations, and Industrial Arbitration Court (IAC) proceedings.
