We act mainly for financial institutions, multinationals (both directly and through international law firms) and large Singapore corporates, as well as for C-Suite & executive level individual employees.

Key areas of expertise:

             Acting for employers on breach of non-competition, confidentiality, and fiduciary duties litigation, typically involving injunctions; also acting for individual executives in defending proceedings and setting aside injunctions.

             Advising employers on large-scale retrenchments and redundancies arising from closures and rationalisations of business units.

             Advising employers and individual executives on constructive and wrongful dismissals.

             Conducting internal investigations and interviews for employers on misconduct issues, as well as advising on internal disciplinary proceedings and suspensions.

             Advising employers and employees on Employment Claims Tribunals (ECT) cases and acting for them on High Court appeal applications.

             Advising employers on industrial relations issues, including trade union negotiations on statutory recognition, Collective Agreements, Ministry conciliations and representations, and Industrial Arbitration Court (IAC) proceedings.
