We are on the approved solicitors list for Headway, appearing in their regional guides covering our Southampton, Poole and Salisbury offices. We are one of two preferred legal partners in the South West for the Spinal Injuries Association. James Braund is leading a major expansion of high value personal injury work in Dorset. Fran Gillett is doing the same in Wiltshire and Somerset.

John Hall heads up the team which is the home for our clinical negligence, occupational disease, and PI lawyers. He has a thriving asbestos practice, based on 25 years exclusive work on mesothelioma, asbestos lung cancer, asbestosis, and pleural thickening cases, first as a partner in the national PI law firm, Thompsons and, for the past eight years with Trethowans. Many of his cases are high value and legally complex. John is also the Coordinator of the Southern Region of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (apil).

We undertake a range of complex high value cases (worth several million pounds) through to those worth £25,000+. Due to our technical expertise and experience we are able to undertake cases where the issues of breach of duty, causation and quantum are difficult. We regularly recover seven figure damages for injured clients.
