Steve Cole heads the Banking and Finance practice supported by Nick Gent. Steve and his team moved to us from key rivals Blake Morgan where he previously headed up Blake Morgan’s banking team in the South.
Key clients include HSBC, Lloyds, NatWest (including Coutts) and Santander along with a number of specialist lenders, including Doorway Capital (Receivables Funding), Onyx (Development Finance) and MSP Capital (Development Finance).
The borrower side of the banking and finance practice also continues to go from strength to strength, with the firm winning banking instructions from a wide number of the firm’s high-profile corporate clients.
Industry specialisms include acquisition finance, property and development finance, agricultural and rural property finance, receivables and asset based lending, debt restructuring, sustainable lending and lslamic finance.
