Our client base consists mainly of private equity and venture capital funds, industrial companies, investment banks and other financial advisors. Many of our clients are foreign companies, and we benefit from extensive experience from involvement in cross-border transactions.

Our practice encompasses all types of sale, purchase and investment transactions, such as leveraged buy-outs, trade sales, private equity deals and venture capital investments, both within the context of controlled auctions and bilateral negotiations. We advise across the full spectrum of deals and issues, from the structuring, negotiation and completion of all forms of venture financings to providing legal support in all phases of large and complex cross-border takeovers.
