Our practice encompasses all types of sale, purchase and investment transactions, such as leveraged buy-outs, trade sales, private equity deals and venture capital investments, both within the context of controlled auctions and bilateral negotiations. We advise across the full spectrum of deals and issues, from the structuring, negotiation and completion of all forms of venture financings to providing legal support in all phases of large and complex cross-border takeovers.
