The Civil and Commercial Department (the “Department”) is one of the core departments of Shuze that consists of 20 outstanding lawyers, all of whom have excellent legal literacy and professional ability, and thus the Department also holds excellent business ability. Lawyers can provide professional, high-quality and efficient legal services in the fields of the company’s daily legal affairs, corporate governance, investment and mergers and acquisitions, and capital markets.

In the past year, the Department handled a total of 190 corporate businesses, and achieved total revenue of CNY 17.5 million, an increase of 25% over the previous year; and its business revenue accounted for nearly 60% of the firm’s total revenue.

The department provided the legal services for the bankruptcy and reorganization for a Cultural Industry Investment Co., Ltd. The successful completion of the case help the Client obtain new investors, revitalized its projects, and thus promoted the development of the local tourism industry and increased the local economic income.

In the future, Shuze will also further expand its national and global business layout, and successively establish branches in domestic and international regions such as Beijing, Zhejiang, Shenzhen, Southeast Asia, Europe, etc., so as to provide clients across the country and the world with better services.
