Recent matters:
- Working with the South Australian Government's Crown Solicitor’s Office on the tender for the managing contractor arrangements for construction of the new Women's and Children's Hospital in Adelaide. The new hospital is one of the state's largest ever infrastructure projects valued at approx. A$3 billion.
- Advising Alstom, the French train, tram and other transportation systems manufacturing giant, on its role in a consortium bidding for the Suburban Rail Loop, a 90km, multibillion rail project circling Melbourne, Australia's second largest city.
