  • We are best known for advising its clients on 1) prohibited agreements (price or other terms and conditions fixing, resale price maintenance, market foreclosure, exclusive dealings, non-compete, restriction of parallel imports, exchange of commercially sensitive information, etc.), 2) abuse of dominance (predatory prices, discriminatory prices, refusal to supply, etc.), 3) merger clearance, 4) unfair retail trade practices and 5) state aid issues.
  • We provide the clients with full spectrum of services aimed to ensure competition law and state aid compliance and avoid violations and administrative fines and compensation of civil damages.
  • We also use competition law as a means to defend our clients against abusive practices of other market players – suppliers or competitors, or clients.
  • We advise on competition law compliant sales of goods and services practices and transaction documents. We also draft competition law compliance guidelines, carry out competition law audits and do competition law trainings (including dawn raids). We defend our clients before the competition authorities during dawn raids, investigations and disputes with these authorities and courts.
