Since being founded in 2011, we have held a clear vision to offer the best legal service to the biggest global companies with an ethos of excellence and maintaining Tapestry as an amazing place to work. Employee ownership has always been at the heart of what we do.

Tapestry is unique in this practice area being 100% owned by an employee ownership trust (EOT), which owns the business on behalf of all of Tapestry’s employees. Everyone at Tapestry has a stake in our success; we are all invested in doing our best work and delivering outstanding results for our clients.

We deal with a range of companies from privately owned businesses to multinationals who want to incentivise their employees by offering an employee share plan or plans. We can take a client through the whole process, advising on the benefits and potential issues involved to ensure they find the best solution for their business and workforce.
