We provide general corporate work including:

• advice on business entity structures, including company group financing and royalty payment structures​
• establishment of companies, branch offices and representative offices
• supporting the performance of transactions of such entities, including the drafting of legal documentation
• winding up of entities

We are frequently involved in transactions relating to the restructuring, merger, de-merger or acquisition of enterprises. We:

• plan cross-border mergers of European enterprises and perform all legal transactional work for the Hungarian aspects of such mergers
• are typically involved in the planning and organizational stages, give advice on all areas of law involved in the transaction (including, but not limited to competition, securities and intellectual property)
• provide services in relation to the examination of the companies involved in the transaction, including due diligence investigations
• draft and complete all documents necessary for the implementation of the transaction.
